Pace Pakistan

Pace (Pakistan) Limited (Pace) was incorporated into 1992 as consumer retailing and mall management enterprise. Post 1995 the company has broadened its horizon of business into real estate construction & sale. The object of the company is to acquire, built, manage and sell departmental stores, shopping malls, super markets, housing societies, office buildings, business centers and multi-use projects. The company became public limited company in Jan, 2007 by listing its shares on Karachi & Lahore Stock Exchanges, consequently earned an accolade of being first listed local real estate company in Pakistan. Pace is the part of the conglomerate “First Capital Limited” which operates in financial services, media & telecom industries.

Pace Pakistan Group

Pace (Pakistan) Group owns two subsidiaries and two associated companies (formerly subsidiaries) operating in the same line of business. Up to date no any project yet finalized by associates & subsidiary companies. The Pace Pakistan Limited also undertakes some projects in joint venture with subsidiary companies.

Pace Woodland (Pvt.) Limited (subsidiary)

The company constructs, develops and manages a housing society. The company has acquired land on Bedian Road, Lahore Cantonment near DHA for housing scheme.

Pace Gujrat (Pvt.) Limited (subsidiary)

The company had acquired land for construction of a shopping mall and three-star hotel in the Gujrat. The company has entered into agreement with parent company for sale of its shopping mall during last quarter of FY08. Project of three-star hotel was expected to start after the completion of shopping mall project.

Pace Gulberg shopping mall is the first project initiated by company in 1995 located in main boulevard, Lahore.

Pace M.M Alam Road Gulberg shopping mall

Project situated in Lahore, offering became operating since March 2007. Primarily, the project attracts trendy people and hosts both local & imported brands.

Pace Model Town Link Road shopping mall

Pace at model town, Lahore inaugurated in April 2005, is the company’s second project in Lahore. The project is located in the most rapidly developing residential area surrounded by several towns and host well known brands like Levis, Crossroad, and Lawrencepur.

Pace Business Center Lahore

Modern business centers gaining popularity in current days. Pace business center is located on main Mall road Lahore encircled by commercial institutions.

Pace Gujrat

The pace Gujrat is another remarkable project located on Trunk Road. The project is being constructed by the company’s subsidiary “Pace Gujrat (Pvt.) Limited.

Pace Woodlands

Pace Woodland, the residential project situated 1.5km away from DHA phase V. It is stretched to 20 acres of area. Woodland offers three to four bedroom apartments.

Pace Circle

Pace circle is the multi-use project located in metropolitan city Lahore. The project consists of grand luxury hotel, a world class shopping mall, apartment building and office block.

Pace Towers

Pace towers Gulberg, Lahore provide luxuries residency with modern amenities. It is targeting upper income groups preferring high living standard. The project includes swimming pool for family & children, quality café, a heath Club and gymnasium.
